Activities outdoors on Geranium Street are 100% free and open to the public. An All-Access Pickle Pass gets you access to our exclusive pickle-themed craft stations, discounts, all-you-can-eat pickles, and more!
This year’s passes have timed entry. You can access everything outdoors at any time, but will only be able to pick up your All-Access Pass and access its benefits (including the Passholders Pickle Lounge) starting at your entry time.

FAQs
Is a pass required to attend the DC Pickle Bash?
No – not all of the festivities require a pass or ticket to access. Accessing the pickle bar or craft stations require either a pass or tickets.
Is this festival indoors or outdoors?
Both! The craft stations are largely located indoors along with the pickle bar and some of the food and drink options. The artisans, pickle vendors, games, competitions, and live entertainment are all located outside.
Is the festival accessible?
Much of the festival is accessible. However, the pickle bar and some of the craft stations are located up a flight of stairs.
Policies
Outside Food/Beverage: Not allowed.
This is a Rain or Shine Event with plenty of indoor space and also tented oudoor areas.
Must be 21+ to drink alcohol.
Getting Here
DC Pickle Bash is located in the Shepherd Park neighborhood of Washington, DC.
- By Car: Set your destination to 7350 Georgia Avenue NW. There is limited street parking, but there is ample parking at The Parks at Walter Reed in the parking garage.
- By Bus: The festival is easily accessible via WMATA bus. Transfer to the D40 (formerly 70) bus and it drops off right by the festival (stop name: Georgia and Geranium).
- By Train: The closest metro is Takoma (0.8 miles). Alternatively, you can take the train to Silver Spring and then catch the D40 bus straight to the festival.
