Rules & Regulations Overview:

• Payment: Vendor fee payment is due upon being notified of acceptance as a vendor. No space is reserved until the fee is received. Festival will take place rain or shine. Fees are not refundable.

• Operations: All vendors and exhibitors are solely responsible for booth operation and the collection and reporting of applicable sales tax.

• Equipment: DC Pickle Bash does not furnish tables, tents, chairs, staff, etc.

• 10×10 Tent Spaces: The reserved 10×10 space is sufficient for a 10×10 tent, and all merchandise and equipment must fit within this space. You must supply your own equipment, including a tent and (if desired) chairs.

• Refund Policy: Festival will take place rain or shine. Fees are not refundable.

Selection Process:

We are looking for a diverse mix of high-quality vendors. We limit the number of vendors in any given category to achieve this goal. Preference will be given to Maryland and DC-based makers and small businesses.

VENDOR TYPES & RATES:

• Local Maker, Artisan, Small Business, or Nonprofit: $125
  • Pickle makers based in DC, Maryland, or Virginia
  • Artisans and makers whose products are entirely self-made
  • Maryland, Virginia, or DC-based businesses that have no more than 3 locations and fewer than 50 employees
  • Community groups and nonprofits who will be selling merchandise
• Medium-to-Large Business: $200
  • Businesses based outside of DC, Maryland, or Virginia
  • Large businesses with more than 3 locations
• Community Group/Nonprofit (Not Selling Items): $75
  • Nonprofits who will exhibiting only and will NOT be selling anything
